Togamaker.com collects as little personal data as possible. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you actively consent.
This policy applies to Togamaker.com, including the Dutch and Belgian knowledge bases.

The operator of Togamaker.com is responsible for processing through this website. For privacy questions, access or deletion, email info@togamaker.com.
The site has no form, account, webshop or payment facility. If you send an email yourself, the sender, subject, content and attachments are processed to reply and manage correspondence.

Purpose and legal basis
Why is data used?
Technical logs support security, error diagnosis and availability, based on the legitimate interest in operating a secure site. Voluntary emails are used to respond to your request or to take requested preparatory business steps.
Analytics is used solely for aggregated usage statistics and is based on consent. The site does not use advertising profiles, Google Signals, User-ID or automated decisions.

Recipient, transfer and retention period
After consent, Google Ireland Limited provides the Analytics service and may use Google infrastructure and subprocessors. Processing outside the EEA must rely on applicable transfer safeguards and Google terms.
The website code limits accessible GA cookies to six months. The retention period for event data is also managed in the GA4 property and must be checked separately.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and objection
You can exercise your GDPR rights and withdraw Analytics consent at any time through ‘Cookie preferences’ in the footer. Email info@togamaker.com.
A complaint may also be submitted to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
